The Company was founded under the name of S. NAZOS S.A. having as its main activity the marketing and distribution of building and industrial electrical and electronic equipment in Greece and has been a leading player in the industry since 1978.

In the following years, the company, maintaining a high moral towards its customers and its staff, promotes the provision of high quality services and manages to expand its turnover to an impressive level.

The steady course of development and continuous modernization led S. NAZOS S.A. in 2002 to its relocation to its privately owned and state-of-the-art facilities of 8,500 sq.m., which include exhibition and storage areas, offices equipped with modern machinery and above all a high-level human potential.

At the same time, the company gradually proceeded to create a well-organized network, 14branches, in Greece to better serve its customers.

Operating in the construction industry, it has made sure to provide a full range of products with the ideal price-quality ratio, technical support services and innovative solutions.

Having great expertise in serving the needs of large industries, factories and construction companies, since 2002 it has also opened up to the retail trade, mainly investing in the category of home, professional and decorative lighting. In the 2000 sq.m. of the company’s facilities, lighting fixtures with high standards of quality and aesthetics are exhibited, selected to cover even the most particular preferences of our customers.

Since January 2014 the company “S. NAZOS S.A.”, D.O.U F.A.E Thessaloniki, with headquarters at the 10th km PEO Thessaloniki – Kilkis, was merged by absorption from the company “megawatt S.A.”, D.O.U F.A.E Thessaloniki, with the provisions of articles 69-77, of the Law 2190/1920 and the provisions of ND 1297/1972. Following the above, from January 2014 all transactions are carried out using the new brand name.
